The entrance, a small glass-roofed room with a neoclassical ceiling of the same date as the house, gives access, to a fully equipped kitchen, to the bathroom and to the living room. The room is furnished with wicker and cottonwood chairs, a daybed and a folding table hanging on the wall when closed.

Two balconies in the living-room opens out onto a terrace facing a lemon trees garden.
There is a double bed on a raised platform, under the ceiling decorated by tempera painting.
