The entrance, a small glass-roofed room with a neoclassical ceiling of the same date as the house, gives access, on one side to a fully equipped kitchen, and on the other to the living room.

The room is comfortably furnished with wicker and cottonwood chairs, a daybed, a small table and a console that, when opened, becomes an ample dining table. A triptych by a well-known contemporary artist decorates the walls. The sleeping quarters consist of two beds under a raised platform, with wrought and sheet iron bed-heads, painted in the Sicilian style; there are two more beds on the platform.

The ceiling of this room, too, is decorated by tempera painting. Outside the living room there is a small balcony, scented by the sweet aroma of wisteria.
